Sellers must provide clear and high-resolution images of their products.
Product descriptions should be accurate, including specifications, pricing, and warranty details (if applicable).
Product Upload Requirement
Sellers must process and ship orders within the agreed timeline.
Delays should be communicated promptly to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Packaging of goods should be done with honor and diligence
Sellers may use the store’s logistics partners or their preferred delivery method (if approved).
Refund and Return Policy
Brands must establish a clear return and refund policy that aligns with Reddy’s guidelines. Customers must be provided with prompt responses to return or refund requests.
Reddy may intervene in disputes to ensure fair resolution.
